Why Us / Our USP's

Experience – Andrew Jones and Stephen Williams are two of the industry's most experienced venting and ducting design and manufacture specialists who joined Herbert Phillips having spent over 25 years working for several of Europe's leading venting and ducting companies.

Andrew Jones – Andrew has worked in sheet metal fabrication for 29 years, and has extensive knowledge of pattern development both manually and now using the latest computer software.

Andy has been operating a Cybermation plasma profiling machine for 23 years starting with Cybernation's own proprietary software before moving on to cam duct.

Andy has previously worked for AEA Air Conditioning, Flakt Veloduct, ABB Veloduct, CCL Veloduct and Lindab before being brought in to manage Herbert Phillips’ operation. Andy has an NVQ in business and administration level 2.

Stephen Williams – Stephen has 25 years’ experience working in sheet metal fabrication. Like Andy, Stephen has experience operating a Cybermation plasma profiling machine and has previously worked with Andy at AEA Air Conditioning, Flakt Veloduct, ABB Veloduct, CCL Veloduct and Lindab.

Specials and One-Offs – There are few venting and ducting companies with our experience, skills and resources that are prepared to supply customers with lower-volume high-quality specials and one-offs.

Reproduction / Replication – Need anything replaced? We can generate CAD / CAM drawings of existing components and manufacture new ones of equal or better quality than the original.
Fast Turnaround

Lower Volume – Smaller, lower-volume bespoke jobs are our speciality so we have systems in place that enable our experienced team to turn CAD / CAM drawings into quality bespoke venting and ducting components quickly.

Quality – We work closely with customers to understand the project requirements, experienced interrogation of the design and crucial improvements to the design if required. Our close monitoring of work in progress guarantees accuracy and build quality at competitive prices.
